Laredo Medical Center and Primary Care Associates of Laredo are proud to welcome Jesus I. Aguirre-Burgos, M.D. He is a compassionate and experienced family medicine physician with 35 years of experience.
Dr. Aguirre-Burgos’ past experience includes working as a staff physician at several hospitals and clinics in Laredo and Eagle Pass, Texas from 1986-2004, before opening his private practice in 2004. He will continue to offer primary care services, exclusively at Primary Care Associates of Laredo.
Dr. Aguirre-Burgos received his medical education at the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. He is a member of the American Medical Association.
Dr. Aguirre-Burgos has a special interest in the management of acute and chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Family medicine is a specialty that integrates the biological, clinical and behavioral sciences. The scope of family medicine encompasses all ages, both sexes, each organ system and every disease entity.
Dr. Aguirre-Burgos is committed to keeping families healthy and looks forward to providing exceptional care in our community He is now accepting patients, ages 10 and older. Most insurance plans are welcome.
