Laredo Medical Center Welcomes New Family Nurse Practitioner Luis Ramon, FNP-BC

Laredo Medical Center and Primary Care Associates of Laredo are proud to welcome Luis Manuel Ramon, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC. Ramon is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a focus on primary care and family medicine.
Ramon earned his Bachelor of Science in nursing and his Master of Science in nursing from Texas A&M International University. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, he gained clinical experience as a registered nurse at Laredo Medical Center, where he worked as a medical-surgical telemetry charge nurse and as a peripherally inserted central catheters (PICC) line nurse.
Ramon is dedicated to providing wide-ranging, patient-centered care, with a focus on chronic disease management and preventive care.
Services offered include annual wellness, well-child exams ages 5 and older, and managing acute and chronic health conditions, including heart disease, diabetes and depression.
Beginning March 23, Ramon is seeing patients, aged 5 and older. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and joins Amada Roxana Gallardo, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, at Primary Care Associates of Laredo South, 4151 Jaime Zapata Highway, Suite 101B.
