Laredo Medical Center Welcomes G. Alexander Trivette Jr., M.D., ObGyn

Laredo Medical Center is proud to welcome G. Alexander Trivette Jr., M.D., to Laredo and to its medical staff. Dr. Trivette will practice obstetrics and gynecology (ObGyn) in our community, beginning August 2.

Obstetrics and gynecology are medical specialties that focus on the care of women during pregnancy and childbirth and in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the female reproductive organs. This includes women’s health issues, such as menopause, hormone problems, contraception, and infertility.

Dr. Trivette is from Richmond, Virginia. He received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed his residency training at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.

Dr. Trivette has a special interest in general obstetrics and minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery. One of his favorite things about medicine is building relationships with his patients and getting to know the community. He is a compassionate and dedicated ObGyn physician who is committed in providing the best quality care for his patients.

Dr. Trivette is bilingual in English and Spanish and is now accepting new patients.
