The first step in treating a sleep disorder is education. At Laredo Medical Center’s Sleep Center, we are committed to making education available in several ways. Our sleep support group, in conjunction with the American Sleep Apnea Association, offers a team approach to long-term healing.

Beginning with education, the center and the medical staff offer a compassionate program that helps the patient understand each disorder and how treatment can impact it. From treatment of sleep apnea to insomnia, the center offers three private rooms in a bed and breakfast atmosphere for both daytime and night time stays.
Laredo Medical Sleep Center provides treatment for various disorders such as sleep apnea, insomnia, excessive daytime sleepiness, narcolepsy, restless leg/periodic limb movement disorder, sleepwalking, night terrors, sleep violence, sleep eating, and gastroesophageal reflux for patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. The Sleep Center includes quality equipment and monitoring by qualified sleep experts.
Laredo Medical Center offers a free preliminary sleep evaluation to determine if you may need further testing or treatment. Scheduling is flexible by serving patients seven days a week.
