Laredo Medical Center was the first hospital in Laredo to establish an outpatient diagnostic center. The hospital-based clinic that took this bold initiative was none other than the outpatient diagnostic center located on McClelland Ave. In order to serve the community better, the clinic has since been moved to a more centralized location at 4151 Bob Bullock Loop, Suite 101-A inside the Loop 20 Medical Plaza.
