LMC South is an outpatient diagnostic facility which provides the community with flexible scheduling options and is conveniently located in Laredo’s southern part of town. A full array of radiology and laboratory procedures can be provided at the center.
LMC South also houses a radiology department equipped with the Kodak digital x-ray system, picture archiving and communications system (PACS) and Digital Mammography. Together, these technologies can provide radiologists with instantaneous electronic access to medical imaging exams and create faster turn-around times of radiology reports. These exams include:
- routine diagnostic imaging
- fluoroscopy
- ultrasonography
- digital mammography
- bone density studies
Lab diagnostics:
- basic lab draws
- urine collection
- urine drug collection
- breathalyzer testing
The clinic is staffed with:
- Processing Technicians
- Admitting Clerks
- Radiology Technologists
- Ultrasound Technologists
Hours of operation:
Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. - noon
Saturday: 7-11 a.m.
